By using Last Horizon, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the service

Last Horizon grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the service to build competing products.

Your content

You own all content you create. By using the service, you grant Last Horizon a limited licence to store and process your content to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit opt-in.

Prohibited uses

• Using the service to store or transmit illegal content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
• Using automated tools to scrape or stress-test the service
• Sharing account credentials with others

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Last Horizon is not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
