Last Horizon LLC ("Last Horizon", "we", "our") operates the Last Horizon service. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account, and the content you create within the app (notes, voice recordings, calendar data). We also collect standard usage analytics (pages visited, features used) and technical data (IP address, browser type, device type).

How we use your information

• To provide and improve the Last Horizon service
• To send you product updates and account notifications (you can opt out at any time)
• To train and improve our AI models — using only your data if you explicitly opt in
• To comply with legal obligations

Data security

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We host on AWS US-East. We do not sell your data to any third party, ever.

Your rights

You have the right to access, export, correct, or permanently delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@lasthorizon.xyz. We comply fully with GDPR and CCPA.

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days, with the exception of backups which are deleted within 90 days.
